Team Manager
Duties
The position’s main focus is communications. The team manager is the link between the club and the players and provides support to the coach.
To be a team manager, you need a reliable email address and to check that address at least once a day during the basketball season.
It is your job to contact the team members, their families, and the coach about fixture changes and any relevant club or association news, and to prepare a parent roster for scoring and collecting weekly game fees.
Players and their families are to advise the team manager of any planned player absences or injuries.
Team managers receive support from our Coaching Coordinator - palmertonbasketball@outlook.com
Each team manager is provided with detailed instructions at the start of each season to support their work.
