NTG Sport Voucher Program

Voucher Value

Each Sport Voucher is valued at $100 and can be applied in full toward the Junior Player Registration Club Fee for the current season. Vouchers cannot be split between providers or used for merchandise, uniforms, membership fees, league fees, or other non-approved expenses.

Eligibility

The NT Government Sport Voucher Program is available to children enrolled in school from Transition to Year 12 who reside in the Northern Territory. Eligible participants receive one voucher per semester (January and July) that can be used toward approved sport, recreation, or cultural activities.

Redeeming Your Voucher

To use a Sport Voucher, parents or guardians must provide a valid voucher code during the registration process. Registration will not be considered complete until the voucher has been successfully verified and accepted by the club. The club reserves the right to reject any expired, invalid, altered, or previously redeemed vouchers.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

Once a voucher has been redeemed and applied to a player's registration, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another participant or season. If a player withdraws after registration has been processed, the voucher value cannot be refunded.

Registration Without a Voucher

If a valid Sport Voucher is not provided, the full Junior Player Registration Club Fee of $100 must be paid to complete and secure the player's registration.

Verification & Compliance

Palmerston Basketball Club reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and voucher details with the NT Government Sport Voucher Program. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or provision of false information may result in the cancellation of registration and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the NT Government Sport Voucher Program or club registration requirements. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the latest version prior to registration.
